GLOBAL BENEFITS GROUP/TIECARE INTERNATIONAL ANNOUNCES
CLAIMS REIMBURSEMENT CARD (CRC)

GBG/Tiecare Members will now access claims reimbursements through their Claims Reimbursement Card (CRC).

CRC Details:

Issued by MasterCard via an FDIC-insured U.S. Bank
Operates like a pre-paid debit card
Issued to members upon claim payment after November 1, 2007
All claims reimbursements are deposited on the CRC
Activation is easy - instructions will be included in the card package mailed to members

The convenience of these new services is intended to increase the value of the GBG/TieCare health insurance policies for all members, and continue our tradition of responding to members’ needs.
