Username:
The initial Username will be the Member's Last Name followed by the First Name, with no space between, exactly as printed on the Member ID cards.
For example: The Username for Joshua Smith would be SmithJoshua and the
Username for John T. Smith would be SmithJohnT.
Password:
Passwords will be the Member ID number as printed on the ID cards. This number usually starts with a "T" or an "8"
(e.g. T98765432 or 800123456).
Recently enrolled members: If your member number begins with a sequence of six digits followed by another nine digits and then by two more digits
(example, 000119-601124542-00), then your Member ID can be located by using the middle nine digits (using our example, your member ID would be 601124542).
If you are having difficulties with your account after you have tried the above, remember to utilize the Forgot Password option.
Dependents will not be assigned login IDs.
